Open the Add-ins tab and press the MCP Connector button. It configures Claude Desktop, ChatGPT and Cursor for you.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free edition has read-only tools and no time limit, and needs no card. The developer sells a paid edition that unlocks editing and batch tools. You decide later.

Do I need a Claude or ChatGPT account?

Yes. The connector links AutoCAD to the AI app you already use. Your AI provider's own pricing and limits apply. The connector itself adds no AI charges.

Which AutoCAD versions work?

AutoCAD 2022 to 2027 on Windows. AutoCAD LT is not supported. For Civil 3D the developer has a separate connector.

I use BricsCAD, progeCAD or another CAD. What about me?

Choose your CAD in the form. We will tell you what is available for it and when.

Who makes the connector, and what does CADGlobal do?
